Evren Erçek joined SmartMessage after nearly 20 years of experience as Human Resources Management, Internal Communication and Global Academy mostly at well-known multinational companies such as Pepsi Bottling Group, Kraftfoods International, Netas Telecommunication and Çelebi Aviation Holding. She believes that human resources is a pivotal discipline that drives culture with all HR processes, systems and practices and makes a difference with its artistic approach as well as its scientific approach. While creating benefits for people, companies and society is the most important meaning for Evren, realizing this together with engineers in a technology company is a passion. Evren, who believes in lifelong learning, is graduated from Marmara University HR Master Program, and has Adler Coaching Certificate, Dale Carnegie Trainer Certificate and TDC Assessor Certificates. She is married, has 2 wonderful sons. Trying to understand the nature and psychology of human being is her most important hobby that will never end.
